About this event
(Levels III, IV) Continue learning healthy movement skills while getting a great workout using classic reformer progressions taught at a medium pace at a higher intensity. The class may include jumpboard. Requires knowledge of Pilates fundamentals and prior experience on the reformer. Instructor approval required. The pace of this class is not appropriate for individuals with special considerations. 50 minute class.
