Instructor Approval REQUIRED for all Advanced Classes Start on the Reformer and transition to the Tower, Chair, Wall and sometimes Mat. This is an advanced class that focuses on toning and strengthening. Instructor approval and previous reformer experience required for this fast paced class. The pace of this class is not appropriate for individuals with special considerations.
