- ➤ Bearfoot Tavern reopened downtown after nearly nineteen months of renovations following storm damage in 2024. - ➤ Middle Georgia Rep. Tangie Herring introduced a bill to require public schools to print the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline on IDs for grades 6 to 12 starting next school year — Bibb County Sheriff David Davis said the measure aims to close a student awareness gap for crisis support. WPGA News

- ➤ Robins Air Force Base has begun using a robotic dog named Spot, built by Boston Dynamics, to help firefighters assess hazardous conditions during drills and emergencies.
