- ➤ The Rock Orchestra By Candlelight, a band of classical musicians from the UK, will perform rock and metal songs in a symphonic style enhanced by candlelight at the Macon City Auditorium. - ➤ Macon Volunteer Clinic opened its new downtown facility — a state-of-the-art 11,000 square-foot building on Walnut Street — yesterday to offer free primary, dental, eye and mental health care along with community classes.
