CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ Hotel Forty Five in downtown Macon is hosting multiple dining events for the Cherry Blossom Festival — featuring pink-inspired cocktails, festive bites, and a five-course Pink Tie dinner at Loom Comfort Kitchen and Cocktails today. Locals and visitors can also sample themed treats at Hightales Rooftop Bar and Reckon Coffee and Wine Bar. 41 WMGT
- ➤ Layers bakery on Vineville Avenue is preparing its Strawberry Sakura cake for the Cherry Blossom Festival, aiming to secure its third consecutive award, according to co-owner Steven Collins (last year's winner). Locals and visitors can vote on Visit Macon's website until March 29. WGXA
