Residents near Boy Scout Road in Byron voiced concern over a proposed data center’s impacts on noise, water and infrastructure at a Monday night meeting; the council will vote on an ordinance with setback and site rules for the project Monday, Sept.

Households in Macon are advised to check products after multiple recalls.
Clear Eyes eye drops, Outshine fruit bars, frozen berries, Fromm dog food and Goal Zero power stations were pulled from shelves over safety risks such as sterility, glass fragments, E. coli, metal fragments and fire hazards.
🏈 Sports
The Vikings bounced back with a 13-0 shutout win last Friday and will host Westfield for the Game of the Week this Friday.
Coach Brent Collier says the team must improve its passing game, while senior Sam Bryant noted his long-time rivalry with Westfield could lift team morale.
