Southern rock fans gathered for GABBAFEST 2025 in Macon to honor the Allman Brothers with live music at venues like The Big House+Grand Opera House+Grant's Lounge.

Fans filled the lawn at The Big House today, and upcoming events include a tree dedication at Rose Hill Cemetery and the GABBA Hangover on Monday.

Over 100 Central Georgia teens attended a Driving Roadeo event that taught safe driving techniques — the event aimed to reduce car crashes and improve teen driving skills.

Officials began emergency repairs after a water main broke early Saturday near Highway 41 North in Houston County, impacting nearby homes.

They said repairs were expected to be completed by 1 p.m.—and as of 10 a.m., no boil water notice was issued.
