- ➤ A Macon mother pleaded for her 14-year-old adopted daughter, who repeatedly ran away since September 18, to return safely home. Deputies located her twice before she left minutes later, and local authorities said she cannot be placed in youth development unless she commits a crime — her mother now is looking to arrange counseling and evaluations when she returns.
