Visit Macon announced the 2025 Tourism Awards on November 6 at Mill Hill Community Arts Center, honoring local tourism leaders like EJ Nobles+Antowanna Fountain from a year of strong hotel tax collections and rising visitor spending.
The event marked record numbers with over $6.6 million in tax collections and $476.1 million spent by visitors in 2024.
