Five new homes on Villa Esta Avenue are finished and ready for buyers

If you're house hunting in Macon-Bibb, five new homes across from Bruce Elementary School are finished. The Macon-Bibb County Affordable Housing Fund marked the completion of the Villa Esta Avenue homes with a ribbon cutting on Wed., Oct. 28, and WGXA reports the homes are not claimed yet.

Executive Director Natalie Bouyett said more is coming: two properties on Rutherford will be finished by next month, with several more developments along Rutherford and one at 730 Villa Esta. The Land Bank Authority approved moving the lots to the fund in November 2025.
