Monroe County Emergency Services responded to a house fire in Bolingbroke today at 3:40 p.m. on the 30 block of Wren Circle near Highway 41 — firefighters struggled to battle the flames due to a fallen powerline and an overwhelming collection of belongings and had to exit when part of the roof collapsed while no one was inside the home.
The Warner Robins Police Department is investigating a family violence shooting at Bradford Place Apartments on August 30 that left three people dead + officers processing the scene advised residents to avoid the area + anyone with information should contact Det.

On Saturday night, Fort Valley police responded to a shooting on Hinton Street and found a bleeding male victim who received CPR before being taken to a Macon hospital for treatment—investigators have identified a person of interest and the case is ongoing.
